We have a complete inventory of parts on hand to repair your boiler at the time of your appointment.

All of our service technicians are factory trained on each of the boilers that we service, guaranteeing you expert knowledge.

ModCon Service and Support, Inc., and its technicians are the most qualified in New England to work on the following modulating condensing boilers: HTP, Triangle Tube, Weil McLain, Buderus, Bosch, Peerless, Burnham and Lochinvar.

Design and Installation

We have over 20 years experience in designing and installing radiant heating systems, and over 45 years experience in designing and installing Hydronic heating systems.

We can advise and assist contractors, electricians and/or homeowners with their designs and installations on new or existing projects.

We will assist with and design the most efficient control strategy for the operation of your system
