Service, Start-Up and Hourly Rates do not include travel time.
An extra fee for a trip charge will be added
for travel.
Modulating Condensing Boiler Services
Service includes the following:
- Open and clean the heat exchanger
- Flush condensate line
- Check all parts for wear
- Download newest parameters (if applicable)
- Check fault history
- Check operating history
- Adjust CO, CO2 and gas valve offset to within factory specifications (if applicable)
- Service guarantee: If the boiler fails for no other reason other than the service within the guarantee period, we will come back at no charge to fix the problem. The guarantee periods are as follows (from the original date of service): 2 years for natural gas, 1.5 years for liquid propane and 1 year for commercial.
- We do not guarantee failures caused by parts failures and improper
installation issues.
Replacement parts, if necessary with installation, will be an extra charge.
Start-Up includes the following
Check for:
- Wiring
- Condensate piping
- Gas piping
- Primary, secondary piping
- Adjust Vision I outdoor reset (if applicable)
- Adjust set points
- Adjust, CO, CO2 and gas valve offset to within factory specifications (if applicable)
- Fire boiler
- Boiler guaranteed for 1 year

Rates
Standard hourly rate: $250 for the first hour; $150 per hour thereafter.
Night, weekend and holiday rates may differ.
